Definitions

“You” & “Your” will refer to the user, both the entity and each person who is authorised to access the Thinkific single sign-on account.

“The Business” shall refer to Next Steps Academy.

“Thinkific Platform”

Next Steps Academy (NSA) Courses are driven by Thinkific. An online course software with a heavy focus on advertising, money-making, and optimisation runs in Vancouver, Canada.

Agreed Terms

By visiting this website domain (https://nsa.hope-church.com.au/), creating an account, viewing videos, making purchases, and using the services provided, you are considered informed and in agreement with the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from enrolments and/or account termination.

You agree not to distribute this website domain’s copyrighted material in any way that contravenes these terms of service, nor to hold or otherwise make illegal copies (electronic or hard copy) of any materials or downloadable content from the website domain.
You agree not to share your login credentials with parties who are not you and parties whose access falls outside of the terms of your subscription or purchases. Nor are you to facilitate/share access to NSA content with person(s) who are not you
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including unauthorised activity
You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you are using a computer that others have access to, you must log out of your account after each session. If you become aware of unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password and notify Next Steps Academy immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service by updating the https://nsa.hope-church.com.au/ website with a revised version. By continuing to use our website domain, creating an account, viewing videos, making purchases, and/or using the services, you accept any revised Terms of Service.
You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time of your choosing by deleting your account. Next Steps Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for your breach of the terms hereof.

Payment

Within the Thinkific Platform, Next Steps Academy has elected to utilise an online payment method known as “Stripe” for all payment processing. No card information is stored by Next Steps Academy or Thinkific; instead, that information is passed securely to Stripe for payment processing.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service or continuing to operate, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, which may be modified by Stripe from time to time.
As a condition of Next Steps Academy enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Next Steps Academy with accurate and complete information about you and/or your business, and you authorise Next Steps Academy to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
